"The hotel was freezing and notified by staff the heating/ cooling equipment was old. They provided a space heater for room that helped. The carpets were filthy, the wallpaper was stained with lord knows what. This hotel is in need of a complete overhaul."

"The mattress on the pull out bed had a big red old stain. The iron had scabbed stuff on it couldn't be used we got it switched right away but they need to buy new iron boxes. I like their coffee. Fruits were old but I guess no one is really eating their breakfast. Over all i keep staying here because they have parking and kitchennets in every room it works for us. "

"If you need a budget place in a pinch, i suppose this will do. It has the basics. Beyond that, this place was unpleasant. Rooms smell like mold, cracked paint and metal everywhere, blankets and towels stained. Avoid unless you're desperate or you have very low standards and expectations. "

"We paid for a corner room with two queen beds and a sofa roll away bed. When we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk did not provide us with the room we paid for. She was rude and deflecting... An elevator did not work and the stairs could only be accessed from outside the property... There were lack of staff all around... in the front desk, in the breakfast area, in the hallways.... Children played in the swimming pool and went to their rooms without drying themselves... Therefore, the elevators were full of water, nobody showed up to clean... A meeting room in front of the elevators had a dinner reception and the tables were not cleaned for at least 20 hours... We expected more from this hotel and their staff. Not staying there again... "
