"Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!"

2/10 Terrible

"The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. Not to mention we booked a room with a balcony and this one did not have one so they didn't even follow directions. Staff tried to appease me by offering me another room but it was in the same state. Also the ceiling of the front office was missing and showed exposed pipes and insulation. While I was standing there water dripped from the ceiling onto my shoulder. Never saw a room with a balcony by the way. Absolutely not what was advertised. I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than this shack. We left immediately and got a refund. Felt lied too. Extremely disappointed. Could be a cool hotel. You should close and do some renovations or drastically reduce prices. Might I suggest pay by the hour motel? Because that was the vibe of this place."

"Location is great! View from our room was wonderful. Beds are super comfortable, shower pressure is great and wonderful staff. The only negatives are windows are dirty. Would be nice to see the view better. We had two of our hand towels with brown on them. Maybe makeup from another guest. That was kind of gross. And the hotel itself could use some repairs and had mold from the ocean air I’m sure. A few of those changes would be great. We will stay again. So worth the location and rest of the positives I mentioned."

"Great experience overall. We had plenty of room. The guy that checked us in had superb customer service! There were 2 adults 2 teen boys and a 6 yr old. We had the double queen suite with the pullout. Plenty of room for the 6 yr old to run around and boys to stretch out. They had plenty of towels for room & pool. Great breakfast hours. Floors were even clean. Plenty of breakfast with great hours. The pullout had a dirty makeup stain on the corner, but we were too exhausted to worry about it & the water gets warm for showers but not hot. The pool water is cold. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were overall clean. However, we woke up the first morning to find that the ceiling was covered in either mold or mildew or something. We alerted the man at the front desk in the mornings, and he was largely unhelpful and a bit snippy, telling us that the manager wouldn't be there for days and that we could move rooms, but he didn't know if one would be available. We declined since we were only staying a couple nights. I think they cleaned our room while we were out for the day because there was a spray bottle of liquid left in the room and the ceiling looked better. The cleaning crew did not replace the towels left on the floor, however. There was also no do not disturb sign in our room. The man at the front desk in the evenings was incredibly nice and helpful, the best part of the stay along with the big comfortable bed. The bathroom door did not close all the way, like it was stuck from the foundation shifting, though we were on the third floor. The breakfast was honestly subpar compared to similar hotels, but edible and sanitary. Overall, we were a bit disappointed because we had a good image of Marriott hotels before this. It wasn't awful, but we were barely at the hotel anyhow."
