The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room needed improvements- The soap/shampoo holder fell off the shower wall. The air conditioner was very clanky/loud.

It was difficult to regulate the A/C. The room felt/smelled stuffy. The clock was broken and had been unplugged rather than replaced. The front desk staff was helpful. We were unable to have breakfast due to early morning appointments so I cannot comment on that. I have stayed at his location several times in the past was completely satisfied then
