"Very short stay but front desk lady made me feel welcomed. Love the available complimentary refreshing beverages and snacks! Room is snug but was very comfortable with clean white linen. Bathroom was also clean. Few stray spider webs but no spiders and were located in areas one would not usually look? Building says smoke free but definitely some lingering nicotine smell in the common areas. "

"We only stayed at this location for one night but we plan on going back for longer trips. The hotel was very nice and the location was in the downtown core that offered shopping and restaurants. There was even a street market that was obviously a local attraction because the streets were completely full of people and cars surrounding the event. We went for the planetarium (a must if you are in the area) but learned of so much more this little city has to offer. Upon check in we were taken care of right away and at check out the woman at the front desk was very friendly. We learned that she loves to come to Canada so we shared some tips on where to visit near us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Rochester! "
