“Beautiful Inn- so glad a historical part of the Outer Banks still exists. Love the private walkway to the beach; very convenient and the beach wasn't crowded for the end of the summer season.
Wish they had a Chef...the only drawback was not having the breakfast on-site. The breakfast vouchers helped. Will definitely come back to stay! The wrap around porch with the breezes from the sound and ocean were wonderful!!”
“We checked in a bit late for we had been out most of the day traveling. The television did not connect to any type of service so no television. Air was on very high. Room was cold and there was moisture all over everything. The door to the room and some of the furniture had rust on them. Staff were not present throughout our stay. Would look for other accommodations if returning to the area.”
“We knew what to expect from this older motel. The location was great. The people were helpful. We had plenty of room. The pool was nice and cool on a hot day. Perhaps I am too particular about my bed, but I could not get comfortable. It hurt my back. We did not have a pet, but this is one of the few places that allow pets.”
