“Ken, the gentleman who takes care of the property was a gem! I asked for something I needed in the suite and he got it very quickly. Moreover he learned it was my birthday weekend and left a bottle of non alcoholic “bubbly” iced down in a wine bucket with a very dear note wishing me a happy “60th” birthday even though he knew it was many more years than that!😉 The suite was very comfortable and had everything you’d need in the kitchen as well as beach towels. The location was very near……
“For a last minute get out of town stay, it worked just fine. The property is an old motel, and we stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was clean, aside from the lower stairwell. The property needs a lot of work/ updating, but everything worked.”
“We arrived on Wednesday and I had to deal with smoking in a non-smoking hotel. I have congestive heart failure and lung failure. I complained Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday. We checked out Sunday afternoon two days early because my health was compromised. They told me there was really nothing they could do about it. Don't advertise it as non-smoking if you won't enforce it.”
