Great stay

Quick check-in; room and bathroom clean;quiet and near restaurants.

Everything was perfect, except the AC unit. It was almost unbearable to sleep with the loud noise it was making in our room.

Nice place....breakfast very good. Clean rooms and friendly folks.

Checked in Thursday afternoon & stayed overnight cheching out Friday. Our stay was quiet, beds clean & comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet professionally run hotel. It is a mystery why the ratings were so low. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Accidental stay, thanks to flight cancellation. After a miserable evening at IAH standing in long lines, my wife and I gave up trying to get a hotel voucher from Frontier Airline, and picked this hotel on Expedia. We were tired. This hotel was clean and well-mannered. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and efficient, and the breakfast better than average. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Did not use the exercise room or pool. Pool looked clean, but is right next to the parking...

We were in Hampton Inn Houston Airport/Humble by the Highway, from May 1 to 3. It was a wonderful experience. We arrived at around 8 PM because of a two hour delay in our flight. I called the concierge for shuttle pick up, which as advertised is free. The concierge had a friendly and welcoming voice which impressed me. I asked for her name - Cathy. She was my first contact with the hotel and I was already happy. As she had promised, the van arrived within 15 minutes, and it was as she had...

Breakfast was picked over and resupply inadequate to meet demand. $100 incidental fee is rediculous and won't be refunded for 3-5 days. What incidentals can even be charged. No long distance calls, no room service, so why a pending fee. At most it should be more like $25.

We were very comfortable, had onsite guest laundry, everyone was very pleasant.

I like the variety of food for breakfasts... omelette, pastries, cinnamon rolls

We picked your hotel because of previous favorable ratings and your proximity to the Airport.

Loved. Clean, comfy, updated. Would stay here again definitely

For a small studio with kitchen, the room was spacious with a great closet plus sofa and desk. And you had the kitchen amenities. Only there one night but could have been comfortable there much longer. Front desk staff, Liam, was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to any traveler.
