“The location is perfect—right around the corner from the Piazza di Spagna. There are plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops downstairs, and luxury brand stores are right there too. It’s just a 7-to-15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.You can definitely get up early to take photos at the tourist spots, and then go back to the hotel for a nap. The staff were excellent and responded quickly to any requests. They even prepared a little surprise for my daughter's……

“They aren't a standard hotel; you could be placed in a room in any of their various buildings, yet there is only one reception desk located in just one of them. We were assigned an attic room, and the entrance to it was a maze; we complained, but the issue wasn't resolved until the following day. The new room was better, though it also lacked a window; the door had an opaque glass panel that let in a lot of light. The first room was full of dust and trash under the bed-it was clear that area……

“Rooms were really clean, big and percent location. One thing I will say with how spacious the rooms are you need more storage. No room to put anything in the washroom or room. But would stay here again because everything was so nice and staff was very friendly”
