“I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel.”

“We were only here for one night, but the place was amazing. Great luxurious space, friendly staff, great rooftop bar with beautiful views. I appreciated how it was located away from all the chaos, and filled with plenty of dining and shopping options. I would highly recommend.”

We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.”

“My fiance and I had our wedding reception at Palazzo Shedir. It was magical from the start. We stayed at the property for the 6 days we were in Rome and it was magical. Samuels, the GM worked his magic and professionalism from the start. The entire staff Alessandro, Giorgio, Jobin, Enrique and Dianne were all amazing - 10/10 would recommend!”

“The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.”

“We travel to Rome once a year and have stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. However we only needed a hotel for one night before flying early the next day. Do not believe the pictures online. It was a below average hotel for a 4.5 star hotel. It’s awful!!”
