“Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return.”

“The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. Being our first time it was a real "WOW" moment. Great coffee shop right around the corner. User error, but took the second night to figure out the thermostat (power button is on the top, duh). “The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.”

“Wonderfully repurposed facilities with rich history in a bustling area right across Pantheon on Piazza Della Rotonda. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There’s plenty of space to put your clothes and luggage. Bathroom is comfortable and very clean. There’s a flight of stairs that you have to carry your luggage to the lobby. there’s an elevator from that floor to all the above floors. Staff was very friendly and they have a porter that will carry your luggage upstairs to the lobby. I would……

“First off, I didn’t realize what a “Guesthouse” was in Rome. My bad. The entry is difficult to find, and if the driver hadn’t shown us the door we would have walked right by. You then enter a code to enter a dark, dirty hallway to a rickety elevator. Our room was very small, and there wasn’t anywhere to eat the quite good breakfast they deliver. We should have booked a “superior” room, as we saw those had a dining table and a couch. We expressed our disappointment to Paola, the owner. She……
