In the heart of the elegant Parioli district, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Auditorium, the Maxxi, the Guido Reni District, the Borghese Gallery, the Biopark and the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia. The house is very welcoming and perfectly equipped, perfect for families with children (in the house there are also books and some games for children) or groups of friends. Free WI FI and satellite TV, Sky and Apple TV. Unlike the usual holiday homes this is the house where I live every day (obviously when there are no guests) and therefore you will find the warmth and atmosphere of a daily life with all my dearest objects around. The apartment consists of a large open space lounge, large kitchen with island for eating equipped with all the necessary utensils, including Nespresso coffee machine, mineral water dispenser and Thermomix.
The bedrooms are large. One with a double bed, hallway and bathroom with shower, the other instead has two single beds (if necessary also a third bed), the second bathroom has a bathtub instead. The house is entirely available to guests, except for some closed wardrobes with personal clothing.
In the kitchen you will find basic necessities such as salt, oil, sugar, milk, tea, coffee and a home-made welcome donut. Upon arrival, the tourist tax of 3.50 per person per night in cash must be paid (children up to 10 years are exempt).
To be paid always on arrival, 50 euros in cash for final cleaning (for stays longer than 5g the final cleaning amounts to 70 euros)
