“一間 modern及型格的酒店。房間分兩層，間格分佈合理。早餐不是自助形式的，質素OK. 剛入住時的第一晚有甜品送，感覺貼心。位置亦是其賣點，超方便，各大景點就在附近。員工提供的服務效率也十分之高，make左 request, 剛放下電話不久，他們已到了酒店房門口。整體感覺好好，除左冇乜景觀。”

“When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over……

“We had such a great stay! The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed from complimentary snacks and drinks, clean towels that were replaced and the room was cleaned daily. It was in a great location so it was easy to get around. The building was maintained well. Although we checked in late, the instructions to get into the building were clear which made it so easy to access. Will be staying here again next time!!”
