“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“Stayed here for a local-ish soccer tournament and while the hotel was in great condition and the rooms were clean and comfy, charging $370 for this particular weekend for a hotel on the outskirts of ORANGEVILLE, Ontario was a bit ridiculous, especially when that's nearly double what the rate normally is. Did not appreciate the price gouging. If you want to avoid all of your guest's jaws dropping to the floor when handed the debit machine showing $690 for one night when you include the $250……
