"The home was just as described. Clean, well- appointed kitchen, good mattresses and quiet. In a family enclave environment. We were abouvt 20-25 minutes to two different beaches. Low congestion area of Florida during peak season of March. The pool isn't heated so we didn't get in it. "

"Overall, we had a nice experience during our stay. The host was very responsive and communicative, which we appreciated.However, we were very disappointed that the pool heater was not working upon our arrival. We had reached out multiple times in advance to ensure the pool would be heated for our children, so this was frustrating. To the host’s credit, he did arrange for someone to come fix it on Saturday, and the pool was finally warm by early evening the day before we checked out—but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it for most of our stay.A few additional notes for future guests: towels are limited to one towel and washcloth per person, which may not be sufficient for stays longer than one night. You may also want to bring your own laundry detergent, as none is provided. Kitchen supplies are fairly minimal, but there is enough to get by for basic cooking."

"We loved this rental! It was just beautiful, very comfortable, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We loved stopping at Niko Bs for pizza, and Sassy tarts bakery for desserts The host, Alicia, was very easy to contact, and so pleasant to work with! Everything was perfect! We highly recommended this home, and would rent again! Thank you! "
