“Good! Nothing to complain”

“Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. “I'm living in the pods. Ventilation could be improved.”

“I respect the building was historic and that the decoration will be a bit old. However the WiFi connection was bad and I can only connect in the lobby. The hotel staff are also not enthusiastic in attending to guests’ requests. A lot of times you have to remind them for a couple of times before they will respond.”

“Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean”
