“I asked the front desk lady if I can stay only one night and they will refund the rest. She said Yes. She said she only reserved one night for me, I can ask Expedia to refund the rest. So I took the receipt that did not have a price and stayed one night. Expedia later told me that this hotel has no refund policy. This is horrible. I was lied to. I can't even ask for refund. It is a scam.”

“Very disappointing experience. When I entered the room, the bed sheets weren’t even properly put on the bed, and the pillows were scattered around the room. The bathtub was also clogged, and the water wouldn’t drain at all. The overall condition of the room was terrible and clearly not well maintained. A hotel room should at least be clean, organized, and fully functional when a guest checks in. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected.”

“The room was the cleanest I’ve seen at a hotel. I’m the type to black light, lysol, and wipe everything with sanitizing wipes. I was thoroughly impressed.”

“The staff were super friendly and the check in process was fantastic especially since we arrived particularly late due to a delayed flight. The hotel itself is dated but cute. The downside is the water. They are on a well so the water has a sulfur smell. Due to the sulfur smell we cut our stay short but the staff was understanding and accommodating.”
