“I was a solo traveler and really just wanted to stay in a place that was quiet and clean, this B&B was perfect. Without a doubt the room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts here take pride in their accommodations and the property as a whole was very neat. I didn't get to meet the property owners but in our correspondence he did mention they live on the property. So if I needed something he would be available. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Facility and rooms are very clean, guest rooms are quiet as well. parking is easy and check in a breeze. Used the pool and hot tub this time and that was pleasant also, rusty railings around hot tub that should be addressed. Had dinner at the Tuscan and we thought the prices were reasonable food was ok and plentiful. breakfast buffet at the Seneca was pretty much a standard selection you would find at a free hotel breakfast, not impressed, will order off menu next time. ”

“The owner was very nice and was very helpful in all our questions. We had reserved a room which we thought was the main house, but it ended up being in the guest house. We really wanted to stay in the main house. No questions asked, she moved us to the main house with no extra fees. She even gave us a tour of the property and showed us all the amenities. “We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is……
