“I booked this hotel going on the reviews & i found it was an excellent hotel & under rated in its reviews. Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens……

“Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall……

“Das Mobiliar ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück sehr eintönig. Der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Lage. Zudem befand sich Ende April 2026 direkt nebenan eine große Baustelle.”

“Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The sauna did not seem to be working correctly when I visited, but the hot tubs on the roof are good and have a great view over the bay. I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked a decent size. The buffet food did not have a huge number of options, but it was sufficient for me and the quality seemed good. The also accomodated an early continental breakfast at 6 am before the main hot breakfast started at 8 am. I was also able to get a late checkout for……

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”
