Safaga Dock Tours

The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing. Overall, the place lacks atmosphere, activities and the level of service you would expect. There is plenty of room for improvement, particularly in terms of facilities, guest experience and staff attitude.

What I liked: food was good, staff were helpful, place was beautiful, nice looking room. What I didn’t like: had to ask reception twice to sort out my WiFi. No usb charging in the room. No parking for my car, had to park in the street. Very little entertainment. Afternoon kids club very boring no kids come or know about it, lady seemed to just wake up when we found the place. Air conditioning, could not adjust temperature, either on or off. Telephone had to be replaced. Some of the bedding seemed old , not white. Property not on the beach, have to cross the road and walk through sister hotel, not a big problem. Overall if you are not too fussy then the place is fine but if you are expecting high standard in everything then may be disappointed.
