“Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be) ”

“Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! “Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay. My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room”
