Designer’s own Modern Cottage has bay views and is a short walk to bay beaches. Less than ten minutes to Sag Harbor Village or Bridgehampton. Sleeps 4-6 people.
The cottage is located on a very private road and provides some welcomed peace and relaxation. It's the perfect setting for those with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Available monthly from January - May. Discounted monthly rates will be applied to stays 28 days or more.
The space
The house underwent a complete gut renovation in 2018 and was designed to recall the cozy feeling of the old cottage but with a decidedly modern approach.
The first floor consists of an open living space, dining room and open kitchen. It's a great space for a small group but also conducive to hosting small dinner parties and game nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a walk in pantry with a wetbar, undercounter refrigerator, and lots of storage. There is also a convenient powder room and laundry space on the first floor.
The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The master bath has a queen bed, a Samsung Frame TV, and two closets. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, a Samsung Frame TV, a desk and a small closet. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a loft space with two additional twin beds.
As for exterior spaces, the living room opens up to a large front deck with a teak dining table where you can sit and watch the sunset. There is also a fire pit. In the back there is a nice stone terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and a grill.
Guest access
We have a large gravel driveway which fits 4 cars comfortably. The neighborhood is a great place to walk around and see the bay from different perspectives. You can also walk to Clam Island if you take the short nature walk at the end of Noyac Harbor Road. This walk always suprises people!
