“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“We were beyond thrilled to walk into our room! So clean, neat, so much room! Our king bed was so comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the controls to have our room at just the right temperature. We loved that the sink and vanity were not in the same room with the shower and stool for maximizing our ‘get ready’ time in the morning. We weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub due to a late check in but so good to know for when we visit next. We will definitely be staying here again when we……

“Our stay here was meh. The whole place could definitely use a deep deep clean, room was dusty, ripped carpet in places, breakfast room and pool garbage can lids were gross, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, countertops were also in need of being wiped down. The pool was really warm which was awesome, but the tiles needed a good cleaning, there was puddles that were nasty. Also, there is no elevator on property, but the front desk lady was very helpful in getting our stroller……
