“The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. “We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. “My experience was terrible, I booked 3 nights, on arrival for check-in the staff at the front desk was useless, no computer, no information regarding check-in. I contacted the host only to be told the property had no vacancies, considering this money has cleared my account and I had confirmation of my booking, this was horrible.
