"This place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a basement apartment below the owners home and was quiet and comfortable. However, I would suggest the host add a lamp or two in the main bedroom so when you turn out the light at night to go to bed you can see your way back to the bed. Also I think the host should add mattress covers to the beds. When we stripped the bed in the main bedroom the mattress had stains on it that looked kinda gross."

The kitchen was equipt with lots of cooking appliances and dishes. We had 14 adults and 10children and 5 babies. There was lots of room for all our activities. "I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,...

"First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...
