It is well kept and safe, located moments from Williams Bay and the bustling downtown of Lake Geneva. A few things to note:1. We understand that things can occasionally break or need maintenance, but this number of issues during one stay was frustrating: Poor spelling on signage felt unprofessional & the binder had contradicting & out of date info. “Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up.”
