You'll be right in the center of old Salerno, with more good local restaurants and shops than you can sample, and you're just a short walk from the waterfront. The rooms are lovely and well-appointed, with all new fixtures and appliances. Fresh food and pastries everyday in the dining area. Would have loved to stay another week.”

“The room was clean and centrally located. Bed was decent, shower pressure was good, and our room had a nice balcony. Host was communicative but signs to the property are very limited at the entrance. It would be easy to miss. Also, in Salerno taxis are a bit hard to come by to grab in the street but the hotel gave us the phone number and the taxi driver was very prompt to pick us up to take us to the train station. (And I know that’s not a hotel issue, but something to be aware of in general)”

“Une catastrophe à l'arrivée avec trois heures perdues en recherches dans un quartier insupportable en termes de circulation et de stationnement. La raison principale repose sur une erreur d'adresse sur le site d'Expedia qui stipulait 164 via Posidonia (correspondant à une "villa" à l'abandon) alors que le B&B était au 166, au 5ème étage d'un immeuble et totalement inconnu de tout le voisinage. Bref, une demi journée perdue que les points positifs du logement sont loin d'avoir compensé. Une……

“We had to use multiple cabs to get to our destinations which was expensive. We had a tour scheduled that we had to take a cab to the pick up site in 98 degree heat. Check your maps carefully before booking.”

“The owners were very sweet, my only issue was that the room was 6 or 7 floors up. I knew there was no elevator just wish I would have know that it was on the top floors due to the fact that I have major knee problems, & lugging suitcases up was not fun for my husband. However the location was great, just a walk away from the water.”
