Private location but not private stay
I will start by saying there was good and bad about the home. It is secluded back in trees and a fenced off backyard, but it was partially my fault for not reading the description fully, noting there were tenants living below in part of the basement. It really freaked my daughter-in- laws out. Feeling uneasy about sleeping or leaving their personal items in the home knowing there was someone there all the time. Im not saying anything negative about the tenants my girls just dont trust people because of the world we live in today The owner was kind enough to let us in a little early due to coming for my mothers funeral and having little ones. We found out about the lower tenants when we were outside a woman came out and then went back in saying a curse word. My daughter-in-law and i were putting away food and talking about the fridge and how things weren't very clean in the home. I immediately got a text from the owner asking what was wrong with the fridge and if the home wasn't clean enough that she could refund me the cleaning deposit or all to find something else. I started looking around for cameras or listening devices cause that was kind of creepy. I told her it would do, it was too late to find something else. I asked if there was tenants below and she said yes. I know a review i read later, the owner said the home is profesionally cleaned once a week but the kitchen floor was sticky, the stove burnt matches in the buners, webs in playroom. Could have been better.
