The location is on a street that is just starting gentrification, so there is mixed really nice houses with derelict structures / elderly population and daily homeless people walking by. Generally, there were a lot of homeless in Eureka everywhere. The location was good for getting to everything we needed and the open windows and breeze were great on the 2nd floor- I don’t think I would’ve been comfortable with that on the first floor.
