A beautiful hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff: found a dog sitter for us. Cozy and comfortable bar and reception area. Perfect for just walking out the door and into Old Quebec. Easy walking distance to the walled fort. A great experience!

This was supposed to be a romantic stop in QC and it turned into the absolute opposite. Our check-in time was for 4pm. So we went site seeing and arrived at 5pm. Only to find out that not only was our room not ready, but that it was just about to be cleaned. LITERALLY. AT 5PM OUR ROOM WAS ABOUT TO BE CLEANED! We were told to just wait until it was done. Then we had to deal with getting a drink at the bar, that was supposed to be complimentary by the hotel, and that was a disaster. By the time we got into our room, it was too late to go out. So we ordered food from the restaurant. When we went to put stuff in the fridge, we found old rotting fruit in it. Found old napkins in the waste. It was awful. So, if you're thinking of staying here, don't. They have zero amenities. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the hotel. If you have luggage, you have to walk through the entire restaurant to get it through. There are so many better places to stay then here.
