To pay for parking lot monitoring…AND my car was broken into and they stole my tail lights. It caused about $6000 worth of damage/replacement. Hotel workers said I should call the number for the parking company to let them know - shouldn’t that have been their responsibility? I was having to find a car dealership to work on my car to get them fixed before Saturday. TV was stuck on one channel. When I reported it, they sent a handyman who couldn’t fix it. But then proceeded to tell me the whole hotel was having the same issue. So all the rooms had ONE channel. I’d rather someone be honest and say they couldn’t fix it than lie to me. Very unhappy about this stay.

In a nice location, good steakhouse within walking distance. Had a very responsive mgmt. for all my room problems, which I blame entirely on housekeeping. The light on the desk was burnt out, the remote for the TV did not work and the lamp & alarm clock on the nightstand were unplugged. In addition, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I went to make coffee and there was already water in the coffee maker. Didn't even bother to see if that worked. Again, Mgmt. was very responsive and took immediate care of me. Just disappointed to have to deal with all of that in one room for the night. As a business traveler it was distracting at best.

Our first night we woke up to wet clothes and luggage that was on the chair in the room. The ceiling was leaking from the floor above all night and we didn’t notice it until the next morning. We advised management and they moved us to another room. The did give us points for a future stay but we still had to go to a laundry mat to wash and dry our wet clothes.

The toilet did not function correctly. The bathroom door did not lock. The bathroom shower handle on wall was broken. No dark black out curtains. The bed was squeaky. Bed was not comfortable. Mattress was old. The sheets smelled, did not smell fresh. Hair in shower. Used the downstairs bathroom toilet and that bathroom did not lock either. Men's stall lock didn't latch. The shuttle was not running after being promised it would run every 30 mins. Had to use Uber.

Air condition was not working properly in our room. Techs went to check it out in Saturday morning and they said it was fixed but when we came back it felt humid. Due to us getting back to hotel late Saturday we just decided to stay in the room.

The parking lot had many spots with broken glass and unfortunately that night our pickup got a broken window as well. Some thieves in the area. Next morning we saw two other pickups that had been stolen as well. Don’t go here, we felt very unsafe.
