Great place, no elevator working.
The room was excellent and the kitchen provided everything we needed. However the elevator was not working and our room was on the fourth floor and they only have one elevator. They would have let us known before we checked in.

A few bits of attention to detail would have made this place more welcoming and convenient but one blaring issue really destroyed the entire stay... You can't book people to stay on the fourth floor when you know for sure that the elevator cuts outAnd stops working for at least HALF of every day. Knowing that you had this issue, I checked with the front desk about my early morning checkout and I was assured that if I called ahead in the morning, someone would turn on the elevator and be there to greet me when I checked out... I called... They assured me the elevator was working then did absolutely nothing! I hauled all of my luggage down four flights of stairs and left my keys on an unstaffed counter. These are units with full kitchens... Meaning people are bringing groceries... luggage... what have you. The elevator needs to be working.

Elevator never worked in the evening for the two nights we were there. I can understand the first night was a mishap, but two nights in a row, was ridiculous. Having to climb stairs at midnight with our hands full was insane.

There was a few things i didnt like,the sofas had stains on the cushions ,one of the tv in the room didnt work,both radios in both rooms didnt work,the pot and frying pot ,looked a bit dirty ,there was not enough coffe,no cream or sugar packs in the room

Perfect for us
This hotel might not meet everyone’s needs. But we traveled with our extended family and wanted two rooms with separate baths a kitchen and hopefully a washer and dryer. This had all these things and was super comfortable at a great price. I doubt that any other hotel could’ve met all our needs at twice the price.

This place left so much to be desired. Upon check in we were told we were on floor 4, and the elevator is broken. I asked to be moved to a lower floor and they switched us to floor 2. The elevator at this point had been broken at least 4 days per their email (ridiculous to be down multiple days.) We opened our room to find a gross giant dirty cleaning cart, dirty rags all over our kitchen. I called down to reception and they said they’d come get it, which they did, but we still had to clean and sanitize our room afterwards ourselves. Gross. Then we tried to set up the pull out couch only to realize, no, it’s not a pull out. Just a regular loveseat. We booked a room for 4 people… this room has one queen bed. Please tell me how 4 people are supposed to fit in 1 queen bed? Absolutely insane. I went back to reception and was told there are no rooms with pull out couches and they were unsure how to accommodate us at this point, no extra rooms to switch us to, and no cots available. They found an extra twin mattress so we could put 1 of our children there but they said they only had 1 extra pillow. 4 people with a total of 3 pillows and 1 bed. We will never book here again. Please do better, when guests book for 4 occupants make sure you have accessibility to sleep them all as they’re paying guests. I shouldn’t have to even say that out loud I feel. 2/10 stars, only for easy parking and a good location. Would never recommend WaterWalk!
