“Arrived at night, was not expecting entrance in gravel with uneven surface. Instructions on finding the keys were not offered, not expecting to enter by the back door. Nor was expecting dumpster at the entrance, not sure if the entrance was to a private house at the back. There's no a/c at living troom and the speakers for tv were not connected (no sound)”

“We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia.
