The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Stayed here three times during our recent trip to Cusco. Clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were really accommodating and friendly, stored bags without charge for our trips on Inca trail and Amazon forest. Located on quiet street, around 10-15 minutes walk to main square, or taxi ride is 5 Soles (about $1.60 US). Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. We felt very safe staying here, and they also stored our extra suitcase when we...

The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

I am really not sure why this is just a three star resort. It is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, we stayed on the fourth floor and it even had a frig. The breakfast is nothing with nothing but they had great coffee and made fresh eggs. The location is also good - close to the center but not noisy. The only thing that annoyed me was the lack of elevators. Hiking up to the fourth floor in Cuzco is not pleasant!

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
