Nice view from the room. Huge grounds. Easy to get lost as trails are poorly marked. Restaurant is quite pricey for what you get.
We always enjoy our time here. We like watching the birds.
Wonderful staff, in-house restaurant, pool, nice rooms, very clean my only complaint is that I booked the room for four and there were only towels for two.
Good location in SJ. Close to downtown and suburban shopping. Nice pool, thoughtful design of whole complex. The only drawback is the mediocre food choices. The bar-restaurant off the hotel lobby is noisy and crowded; food arrives tepid instead of hot, and waitresses are overworked. The Casino has ...

Nice front desk staff and a Japanese restaurant staff. The breakfast is very good. The room is a little bit old but cost performance is very good.
Termales del Bosque was a truly authentic Costa Rican eco experience. The grounds were beautiful, the staff very professional and cordial, and the food was delicious. The highlight, of course, were the hot springs. I've visited several hot springs, especially those in La Fortuna and I am happy share ...
Gorgeous, quiet property located near amenities with absolutely fabulous service. We were consistently happy with everyone we interacted with, our food at the restaurant, and our general experience. We participated in a variety of off site tours (which were all well organized and interesting). I ...
Braulio and the staff made sure I had a wonderful stay. It has the convenience of being close to the airport but still gives you the escape of the country with beautiful views of coffee fields in the distance.
Sad to hear that I could not accrue IHG points for purchasing via Expedia.
Nice old hotel, close to downtown San Jose. Wi-fi was weak though.
The property is located in San Jose. You can easily take an Uber to many attractions. The staff is top notch. Kenny and Janier treated us as old friends. They booked a last minute ATV trip for us, gave us tips on the area and were gracious and friendly hosts. I’ve stayed in many hotels but the staff ...

Staff / accommodations were exceptional. Although, there are not many tourist activities around the hotel.
