I was unsure about the reservation because I never got a confirmation from the hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable, my room was under a staircase and I could hear people going up and down the stairs. What I like of this hotel is that is very secure, you can only access to the hotel with a code. Antes de entrar a ese cuarto le tomaron fotos como si fueramos a destruir el cuarto esa es la percepción que da esas acciones. Si queria sacarle foto debió hacerlo antes que uno llegara para NO dar mala impresión. Al fin y al cabo nos mudaron a otro cuarto y me cobraron adicional. Un cuarto que el TV no servía, la cerradura de la puerta se abría tuve que pincharlo con el coche de mi bb y el wifi NO sirve. Cuando por la noche regresamos la administradora estaba hubicada en el cuarto de al lado y salió disimulando que llamaba a otra persona pero era evidente que estaba velando a uno para ver quien subía a la habitación. Nos sentiamos vegiladas dentro de la habitación y que estaban escuchando todo lo que decíamos o haciamos. Las paredes son paneles que TODO se escucha. Solo me quede por 1 noche y no veia la hora porque amaneciera. Era mi mama, mi nenas y yo nos sentiamos inseguras por el comportamiento extraño de estas personas. Uno quiere cooperar con los hoteles locales de PR pero estas cosas así dan miedo. La limpieza de la habitación estaba dentro de la norma. La entrada del hotel es bien pequeña y su rótulo pequeño que para encontrarlo el lugar es complicado aparte que la puerta está cerrada y tienes que esperar que te habrán. Willie, the front desk person who checked me in and out was such a Gentleman. He made sure that everything was working properly; we went together and I clicked in the door code to make sure I was doing it right. That was very nice of him. I would definitely come back to this hotel, safety is a priority and I felt very safe at this place❗️ I’m a woman and I traveled alone.
