“I liked the location as it is very close to the pier for Princess Cruise Lines, and I was taking a cruise. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The downside to this property is that it really needs a refurbishment. Hallways and rooms are pretty worn out: bathroom fixtures need replacing. Another downside for me was that I couldn't seem to get the automated payment to work in the little shop on-site: I had somehow forgotten my toothpaste and was trying to get my Visa card to work in the……

“This was such a cool motel compared to the grot bag one we stayed at b4 our cruise in san pedro. My heart jumped for joy when we opened the door. HUGE room. LOVELY BIG SHOWER, and TOLIETRIES . fridge. Microwave, and coffee maker. And a grocer shop a short walk up the road. Excellent.”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“The parking isn’t ample, you’re on a residential street and depending on which day you park, if you get a spot, you’ll get a parking ticket. The area isn’t very nice, the room was awful. It was small and dirty with no amenities. There was no water pressure so having a shower was arduous and you’re woken up every morning either by the manager screaming down the corridor at ‘Miguel’ or by the people in the houses either side screaming at each other. The corridors stink of weed, other patrons were……
