Telling me they are all booked up when it was two thirds empty. Food was good Room was spacious, but needed a refresh. Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Convenient shuttle to the port"

"We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!"
