“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we checked in, there were constant issues. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to a broken bed and being assigned a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The amenities were also disappointing. The pool was unavailable for use, and there was no gym, ice machine broken despite what we expected. Breakfast was another frustration. It was advertised from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., but the staff would close……
