"Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. "The property is lovely, plenty of room for me, my mother and my dog. Pauline goes above with lovely extras incluidng eggs, milk ankd cake. Home made biscuits, plenty of towels and bowls for the dog. Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again."

"A well equipped and beautifully located cottage. Good position for visiting Buxton, Chester Zoo and all the Peak District walks. Good Local amenities. Friendly owners on hand for any issues or queries. Easily sleeps 8 (2 double and 2 twin room) and has two lovely hot showers. Plenty space for families!"

"Fantastic property in a lovely location. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Unfortunately our booking did not seem to have been communicated to the manager and as such the room we had booked was not available. They did mange to host us in an alternate room for the first night of our stay and we moved into the run we had booked for the second night. Both Rooney were perfect however the uncertainty was slightly stressful after a long drive with a 13 month old baby"

"This was a lovely property on a farm & great value. The welcome was warm & friendly. The beds were comfortable & the freshly laundered bed linen smelled lovely. It was a short drive to Alton Towers. The WiFi was slow though & there isn't great mobile reception. However, I would thoroughly recommend it & we all said we would stay again in a heartbeat."

"The location is close to many white peak walks. The accommodation is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms with powerful showers. Jo, the owner welcomed on arrival and was incredibly helpful when we needed her advice. Will certainly look to visit again"
