A great place for a stop over. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices including oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, and bagels. The staff was kind and helpful. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked nice enough.
I loved staying at this hotel It was so clean and everything felt nice and new Friendly and helpful staff only recommendation is a mirror or two in the rooms Everything was great I would definitely come back
The entrance was hard to find, even with GPS. Our room was adequate, however the furnishings were dated and somewhat worn. For some odd reason there was no mirror over the bathroom sink, but instead mirrored closet doors. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again, but only if other options aren't available.
We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !
Going through Expedia is the right way to go! We saved money from what the hotel itself was offering so that was good. When we arrived, THE person at the desk welcomed us. She was friendly and professional! Her name was Rachel. Once we got to our room, we had a text from Rachel asking if we need anything and we asked if there was a place nearby where we could get fresh fish. My wife and I follow a gluten-free due to celiac disease, and pescatarian diet.
We were directed to a place that did offer what we needed however, it was a members only but the person behind the desk at the Lake Erie. Club said that they offered one day passes so it worked out very well for us.
The one improvement I would make about the hotel would be that if they could offer some breakfast items that were gluten-free, either muffins or cereal that would be very helpful. We did get a banana, and an apple. However, it would’ve been nice to have something such as a gluten-free muffin to go with coffee.
We stayed for two nights while visiting Cedar Point. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good the first morning - the usual choices - but the second morning wasn’t as appealing. The only other issue was the hot tub was not functioning (water was plenty warm but jets inoperable). Would not hesitate to stay here if we visit the area again.
Staff, were nice, rooms clean, but the hot tub is out of service until July....we didn't see the information until we look at the hampton inn website and asked front desk
Yes, the room was clean as well as the lobby, even with all the snow and ice. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Room was dusty by the windows. Breakfast was decent. Hot tub wasn't working. TV was disappointing, they use DirecTV and was unable to watch NBA Finals since you cant access ABC/ESPN. If i would have known honestly I would have not stayed.
Check in was quick and our room was ready and clean. Halls were quiet overnight. The hotel was in the midst of renovations on the main level. The room was fine and seemed to have been updated. We didn't stay for breakfast (6am) as we were traveling and wanted to get going. No recycling bins.
The common areas and room were very clean. The a/c heating unit was quiet and barely noticeable unlike other hotels I've stayed.
The staff was very friendly and kitchen help were helpful regarding food allergy concerns.
Would definitely stay here again!
