Air conditioning in hotel was not working , but they accommodated me and my family by installing a portable air conditioning unit which had to be emptied out every 3 hours. The parking is only to unload your suitcases at the hotel, after you unloaded you had to park your vehicle in the street, which is limited on parking."

We asked for twin beds, but got a king. They told us that we could separate the bed. That meant - put the mattress on the floor for one person and the other could sleep on the base. She never seemed happy,She always had a scowl on her face. The food was very good. Also, the drinks were good. Parking was very easy and the hotel was in a good location, just outside of Milan and close to the metro. Everything in the hotel looks fairly new, according to the general manager, it had been refurbished about 1 1/2 years ago."

"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."

My husband especially loved that we could park our car right outside the room in a garage/canopy covered area. The staff in every area were very polite and friendly.
