“We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made……

“Very good service, just a few things. 1. We stayed st the adults side and beign more expensive we all shared the restaurants. So reservations was a must due to many people from both hotels. 2. In DR hotels with natural juices, here all were not. Our butler service was awesome, Jose was excellent”

“The operation of the property was excellent and so was the staff. But do not promoted it as a Beach property. The property has a water front but NO BEACH. On the hand the swimming pool was excellent.”
