“Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . “We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year!
