Santa Cruz Island Vacations from $735

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was terrific, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and the rooms were large (at least ours was). But there are issues that would keep me from booking again in the future: the design is a true motel, where people are walking past your room and can easily see in unless you have the shutters closed, leaving the room very dark; the pool is very small, so when two families were poolside it was both loud and more crowded than I would like for a relaxing visit to the pool; finally, the furniture and decor in the room were tired and not as nice as I would expect for a room at this price point.

Breakfast was a disappointment just cereal and some pastries. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and big with a really comfortable bed however was a bit disappointed as I felt the room was expensive compared to others I had stayed at on my trip to California
