The hot spring pools are amazing. The property has numerous activities including free bikes, chess, bocce ball, pickleball, and even plastic axe throwing. Super kind and attentive staff. I highly recommend it..

Enjoyed my stay at Golden Haven. I experienced my first mud bath. I had an excellent massage from Ed. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The Spa is located in an older neighborhood.

My room had a personal hot tub in it with the natural hot spring directly flowing into it. Loved that i was able to enjoy the hot spring water in private as well as have use of the main pool if i choose. Great place to stay.

I like the mineral pool and rooms in general. Our room however had this musty smell, especially made worse by AC running . Otherwise , everything else was clean. Bed was great as well as pillows.

Such a great, relaxing experience. This is an older property but very, very well maintained. Dining and shopping all within walking distance. The spas and mineral pool were awesome. We were upgraded at arrival which was a very nice perk. All in all the perfect, relaxing experience we were looking for. Will definitely be back!!!

I love coming here for relaxation, and to enjoy the mineral water pools. It’s a small, but pleasant place. It’s usually fairly quiet…but last couple visits there have been more people at the pools and louder. This stay I was put right above the Check-in office. It was very loud in the morning, and lots of people talking at times right outside my room too. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there.

My 3rd time staying here. Really nice, pleasant place. Small and quiet…in a residential neighborhood away from the downtown hoopla. The mineral pool and jacuzzi’s are awesome! I got upgraded to a better room being an Expedia VIP…and really appreciate it. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable

Staff is very rude. Place is nice
The place is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. But the staff at the front desk is straight up rude to your face the moment you walk in. Very unwelcoming, which is unfortunate since I really enjoyed the place otherwise.
