The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL”

“Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! Would recommend and will likely stay again! ”

“Perfect views and beach access. It is a small condo but the space is maximized well. I appreciated how easy parking was and that it was just steps to the pool and beach. Benchmark contacted me prior to check in to answer any questions. It was great to be able to text with questions at anytime. If you are looking for views and steps to the sand this unit is perfect. I look forward to staying here again. ”
