“Clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking.”

“Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. Zero standards, zero supervision, zero pride of ownershi”

“This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Pretty sure there were blood stains on the curtains, and bloody burgers on the wall in the bathroom. We needed a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise would have immediately left. I felt disgusting after staying there. ”

“Seabreeze Inn is an Excellent! The location was ideal to Restaurants & Everything I Needed to Enjoy My Stay. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The Towels were in great condition, which you don’t find in most hotels. I highly recommend this location & would stay again!”

“Roaches, sticky dirty floors, bed was covered in hair. Shower was moldy with the previous persons soap in it. Stained covers on the bed. Nothing like the pictures shown. ”

“The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The facilities were new and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, the highlight of my stay. The only negative was a dog that was in a room just down the hall that barked all night.”

“This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. ”
