“I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel because the room was advertised as having a partial ocean view. While there is technically a small glimpse of the ocean, you have to turn your head to a very specific angle to see it. The actual view from the room is overwhelmingly a parking lot. The photos and description on Expedia gave a very different impression, and I felt they were misleading. Parking……

“The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!”

“4/5 ⭐️ The location and the property are great, but for rooms costing over $300 per night, I expected better maintenance. The curtains were dirty and damaged, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been when we arrived. The food was good, but the waitstaff could use more support, especially around the pool area, where service was slow at times. That said, we really enjoyed the amenities and the convenience of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely……

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to……

“Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. ”
