This townhouse has the main living area and 1/2 bath on ground level and the bedrooms and main bath are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. The living room is comfortably furnished and opens up to the outside patio area and pool area.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy tanning and family fun in the large swimming pool. There are docking facilities that lead out to Palma Sola Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway.
