“We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. ……

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
