“Property was clean and well staff ,and amenities were great ,just the front desk was hard to work with ,lost my wife wallet they said there computer said we didn’t have it ,but when we asked to see manager he came up with our wallet, no empathy for there customers!! ”

“The property was clean, staff was great, the grounds were beautiful. We stayed on the grounds most of the time just because we really liked being there at the hotel. Restaurants had good food.”

“The property was beautiful and close to the beach. The downfall was the beach chair situation every morning. But the pools were beautiful and the beach was great. ”

“Hotel is about a 15min ride taking the shuttle. Beds are extremely comfortable, had the best night sleep. Staff is very accommodating and they're prepared at the front desk to exchange big bills to ones for tipping. Great stay and 💯% recommend this resort”

“Would definitely revisit! The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”

“We were a family of 4 in 2 rooms (with my adult children). Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was polite and helpful from the front desk to the staff at the pools. The entire hotels and rooms were kept clean. Infinity pool and normal pool had a lot of lounge chairs and shade. Beach was a short walk (or a shuttle) and the hotel had some free umbrellas and chairs. This was first come first serve but we could purchase other cabanas if these got full. Overall, I would go back……
