The bathroom, honestly, was awesome. Most older places you stay have horrible bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was homemade and delicious. The property itself is absolutely stunning and right in the mix of things. My two main complaints are (1) super-expensive; and (2) stairs, stairs, and more stairs. Both to be expected, however. Walkable by 15 minutes to most desired locations. We stayed in the Dahlia room and it was spectacular! We had a lovely sitting area with an outdoor porch when it wasn’t raining and the bed was very very comfortable. Beware that breakfast is not served till 9 AM which was a little late for us however it was delicious. The innkeeper was wonderful and very friendly.
