“Nothing was right, the room was not very clean smelt musty. Wi-Fi did not work. The telephone was disconnected from the wall. Only two towels for a two queen/double room. The staff kept apologizing that they were in the middle of a transition, which has been going on forever”

“The room was so spacious! Great breakfast and helpful staff”

“This hotel is convenient and price is fair. A Good place to stay.”

“I spent a night at the Cortland Motel as a stopover driving from Virginia to Toronto. The man who checked me in was very kind and gave me the rundown on the room. The room itself was a bit meager and old, but you get what you pay for with a motel. The room itself was quite clean in spite of its dinginess. There was an odd, mild smell of cleaning chemicals in the room. The water pressure was fantastic. Overall for a $75 last minute motel room, it was a pretty good experience. It did what I……

“很不错的motel”

“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“Cute apartment with everything we needed! Hosts provided everything we could think of! Would definitely rent again!”

“Great location, a tiny bit off the beaten bath between Cortland and Syracuse..worth the extra few minutes driving from the highway. New looking, very clean, spacious rooms, easy parking. Nice sports bar/restaurant on the premises also overlooking the golf course and hills in the distance. The host was en exceptional communicator!”

“Owners were very attentive and accommodating!”

“The entire process of booking and checking in was seamless. Michelle responded to messages promptly and courteously. She graciously helped with a reservation request and assisted me with the wifi password. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.”

“Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.”
